Lighting up Schools in Kenya

In 2016, we installed 69 Solar Suitcases in schools and children’s homes in rural Kenya, impacting over 11,400 people. We partnered with Kenyan community-based organizations, Change Mtaani in Kibera and Women in Sustainable Energy and Entrepreneurship (WISEE) in Nairobi to select sites and conduct installations and user training.
